There would be a one-to-one video call so we can get to know each other and I can get a better understanding of your girls and exercise background.

This offer is a complete service to keep you on track working towards your fitness goals, as well as having someone to be accountable to.

This program will be built tailored to you and your lifestyle as well as your training goals. Paired with a completely bespoke nutrition plan, implementing any dietary requirements you may have.

As a Physiotherapist, I spend a lot of my clinical time showing people what is wrong and helping them understand their bodies and the injuries/conditions they may have. I believe in improving your understanding and empowering you to take control of your rehabbing process.

This option is for people who have injuries/niggles and want to get it sorted to keep working on and progressing towards their goals.
